sean.redmond@avincorp.com.au
I began an apprenticeship with Chapman Avionics (Brisbane) February 1996, after completing my apprenticeship I successfully gained my radio licenses including group 20 DHC-8-100/200/300 and worked my way up to second in charge of the division. I was employed with this company for 10 years, which included a buy out from Smith Aerospace. I successfully ran and coordinated many large aircraft rebuilds or avionics upgrade programs. Within this company I concentrated in aircraft maintenance and installations, with some radio bench repair time, aircraft experience includes GA fixed wing, regional and international airlines, military fixed and rotary wing, corporate, emergency service rescue and fire fighting helicopters. In July 2006 I was offered the opportunity to join Avincorp as the forth staff member, I have now seen the company grow to over 20 employees. My role includes carrying out sales, maintenance, and installation and building a successful team of aircraft maintenance engineers. I enjoy learning new avionic systems and theory, and take pride in sharing my knowledge with others.

Managing Director

Paul Casley

paul.casley@avincorp.com.au

Paul began his career in the RAAF as a Radio Technician and built on that career within the General Aviation industry with Chapman Avionics, an Avionics Maintenance provider located in Brisbane, Australia. Paul gained his accreditation as an LAME in 1993.
A keen interest in the financial and operational aspects of Aviation business saw Paul employed as Operations Director for Smiths Aerospace Asia-Pacific, CSD. In this role Paul was responsible for the operations of three diverse service units in Singapore, Brisbane and Newcastle providing maintenance services to Military, Air Transport and General Aviation customers.
The experience gained in these areas was invaluable in creating a new enterprise and with that Paul founded Avincorp. The company has since grown to service customers across Australia.
